Description
Step 1 :
Add 2 Cups (180 ml) Buttermilk, 3 to 4 Teaspoons oil, Freshly Ground Ginger and Chilies and Curd to 200 grams of Handwa Flour. Mix Well and Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2 :
Then Spread The Mixture in a Thick Layer on The Tawa, Cover it With a Lid and Keep it on Low Heat for 10 Minutes.
Step 3 :
Then Sprinkle Mustard Seeds, Red Chillies, Cumin Seeds on Top. You Can add Grated Milk to The Handwa Flour.
