Description
Step 1 :
Add Freshly Ground Ginger, Chili oil And 3 Cups (300 MI) Water to 200g Flour and Stir For Exactly 5 Minutes, Then Keep aside For 5 Minutes.
Step 2 :
Then Add Baking Soda, 3 Tbsp of Oil and Little Pour Boiling Water Over Baking Soda.
Step 3 :
Stir The Mixture Quickly and Let it Stim For 15 Minutes, Tawdawala Khatia Dhokla is Ready, Serve it With Garlic Chutney or Green Chutney.
Note :
To Make another Variation of Dhokla, Grate Corn, Capsicum, Carrot, Turmeric, Cabbage and Mix. Then Add Garlic Chutney as Per Taste.
